Creative and experienced Banquet Chef is being sought by a gorgeous (new), oceanfront resort property in California.

The Banquet Chef is responsible for leading all culinary operations for banquet and catered events, ensuring exceptional food quality, flawless execution, and an outstanding guest experience.

This role oversees banquet kitchen staff, manages food preparation and presentation, maintains strict food safety and sanitation standards, and collaborates with the sales and events teams to deliver customized menus for weddings, conferences, galas, and other special events. The ideal candidate is an organized culinary leader with experience in high-volume luxury hospitality, strong team management skills, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining cost controls and operational excellence.
