Job summary

The Langham Chicago is seeking a Banquet House Attendant Supervisor to lead banquet staff, uphold Forbes standards, and deliver a premium guest experience within our luxury hotel. You will actively mentor colleagues, supervise banquets on the floor, and ensure flawless service and safety during events.

You will coordinate with Sales and F&B, manage BEOs, and maintain cleanliness and equipment readiness while driving repeat business and upholding Langham's service culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, development, and evaluation of Banquet House Attendant colleagues to meet Forbes standards.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards for guests and team members.
• Inspect equipment and take corrective action as needed.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of all banquet functions.
• Provide exceptional hospitality per Forbes standards.
• Communicate with Food & Beverage management daily.
• Maintain clear communication between guests, management, and staff.
• Assist with special customer requirements and events.
