Job summary

The Langham, Chicago seeks a Banquet House Attendant Supervisor to lead banquet operations, train staff, and ensure Forbes 5-Star standards across all events. You will actively engage guests, coordinate setups per BEO, and collaborate with Sales and F&B teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of Banquet House Attendant experience required; luxury hospitality preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred; may require Licenses for food handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, development, and evaluation of Banquet House Attendant staff to meet Forbes standards.
• Oversee setup/breakdown of Banquet functions and ensure cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Maintain guest relations, respond to special requests, and communicate with F&B management daily.
• Ensure adherence to Langham service standards and provide exceptional hospitality.
