The Langham, Chicago seeks a Banquet House Attendant Supervisor to lead the Banquet House Attendant team in delivering Forbes 5-Star service. You will oversee setup, breakdown, guest interactions, and cross-department coordination to elevate each event.

This role requires two years of banquet experience, a professional appearance, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences, with flexibility for early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Two years of Banquet House Attendant experience; luxury hospitality preferred.
• CPR/First Aid training preferred; valid licenses (e.g., Food Handler) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training, development, and evaluation of Banquet House Attendant staff.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and Forbes standards across all events.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate setup/breakdown of banquet functions.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and maintain guest relationships.
• Communicate with F&B management daily and coordinate with other departments.
• Attend BEO meetings and ensure accurate event setup per specs.
• Keep banquets clean, stocked, and well-organized; report repairs as needed.
• Uphold Langham Hotel service standards and support a Forbes 5-Star experience.
