The Langham, Chicago is seeking a Banquet House Attendant Supervisor to be an on-floor ambassador for our Banquets department. You will ensure Forbes 5-Star standards, supervise staff, and engage with guests to drive repeat business.

You will coordinate event setup, training, and safety compliance while collaborating with Sales, Banquet, and F&B teams to deliver exceptional service and a flawless guest experience.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of Banquet House Attendant experience required.
• CPR Certification and/or First Aid Training preferred.
• Basset and Food Handlers License.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with training, development, and evaluation of all Banquet House Attendant colleagues to ensure Forbes standards are met.
• Oversees the setup and break down of all Banquet functions.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate repairs; inform management as needed.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and maintain guest relations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Banquet, and Food & Beverage for events.
• Attend BEO meetings to ensure understanding of upcoming events.
