The Langham Chicago is seeking a Senior Conference Services Manager to lead luxury event execution and maximize banquet and catering revenues. You will partner with DOSM, Catering, Banquets and Group Sales to deliver personalized attendee experiences and superior service in a five-star setting.

You will oversee upsell initiatives, manage client relationships and guide a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets while ensuring flawless event execution in a premier Chicago hotel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; however, any combination of education and training within hotel sales may also be considered.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior conference services role and two years of supervisory experience. In the absence of such experience the candidate will have a proven track record of leading project teams to achieve goals.
• No special certificates or licenses required.

Responsabilidades

• Planning and organization to maximize resources for upsell opportunities and ensure budgeted revenues are achieved.
• Develop and execute annual rebooking and revenue projections with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to drive opportunities and share information across disciplines.
• Lead and motivate the conference services team to meet revenue targets and deliver luxury service.
• Oversee pre/post-convention meetings and ensure timely communication of event details.
