Job summary

Inn at Hastings Park, a luxury boutique hotel in Lexington, MA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead Town Meeting Bistro's culinary program. The role focuses on excellence, sustainability, and innovation, with responsibility for all food and beverage operations within a premier Relais & Châteaux property.

The Executive Chef will oversee menu development, staff management, and guest satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of work experience in food and beverage.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with VIPs, ownership and guests on behalf of the resort.
• Manage seating, service, orders, and drinks to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train and motivate staff to maintain high standards.
• Review schedules and monitor labor costs to optimize operations.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and quality across all service areas.
• Conduct training and oversee routine duties and EOS processes.
