Qualifications

• Previous Customer Service and General Computer Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of meetings and special events.
• Assist in managing meetings, events operations and budgets.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs of the banquet floor for client satisfaction and quality standards.
• Manage group event BEOs, resumes, runs; conduct weekly BEO meetings.
• Create a guest-focused atmosphere in event operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints; empower staff to deliver excellent service.
