Zusammenfassung

Invited is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all aspects of banquet operations and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. You will manage setup, service, and breakdown while upholding Invited service standards and safety guidelines.

You will lead a team, coordinate with the events team, and ensure accurate execution of BEOs and post-event follow-up. This role emphasizes staffing, training, and high-quality guest interactions.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or GED accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related food & beverage role.
• Preferred certifications: Food Handlers’ Certificate, Alcohol Safety, TABC Certification, CPR Certification, Food Safety Program, and HFWACT.
• Completion of Food Safety and Alcohol Safety training is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service staff according to club procedures.
• Implement and facilitate training programs to maintain well-trained staff in Invited service standards.
• Coordinate staffing with the Event Sales Director to ensure proper staffing and seamless execution of private functions.
• Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and logs to ensure room setups match function sheets and adjust as needed.
• Oversee timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards and quality.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and ensure sanitary conditions as per service standards.
• Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests.
