Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee all banquet operations and ensure exceptional member and guest experiences. You will manage setup, service, and breakdown while maintaining Invited service standards and coordinating with staff for staffing and safety compliance.

You will interact with members and guests to deliver a seamless event, manage training, verify proper room layouts, and maintain high service quality across all banquet functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel per club procedures.
• Implement and facilitate training programs to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for staffing and seamless event execution.
• Review BEOs and logs to ensure correct room setups and adjustments.
• Oversee timely food and beverage service and adherence to standards.
• Record information in MOD log and ensure post-event host satisfaction.
