Job summary

Invited in the hospitality industry is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to oversee banquet operations, ensuring smooth events and high member and guest experience. You will manage setup, service, and breakdown while upholding Invited service standards, coordinating with the banquet team for proper staffing and compliance with safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in restaurant/banquet settings, with opportunities for training and career growth

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the restaurant, banquet, or club-related field within the food & beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel according to club procedures.
• Implement and facilitate training programs to maintain well-trained staff in-line with Invited service standards.
• Communicate with the Event Sales Director during event preparation to ensure proper staffing and seamless execution of private functions.
• Review banquet event orders (BEOs) and daily logs to understand function details and adjust as needed.
• Oversee the timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards.
• Monitor events to ensure food is served on time and collect post-event feedback and payments.
