Job summary

Invited is seeking a Banquet Manager to oversee day-to-day banquet operations, plan and execute events, and uphold high service standards for members, guests, and events.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage schedules and labor budgets, coordinate with the Event Sales Director, and ensure accurate room setups, timely service, and post-event follow-up. A high school diploma and at least 2 years in a supervisory club or F&B role are required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a Club or Food & Beverage setting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise banquet service staff according to club procedures.
• Create and manage staff schedules and labor budgets.
• Coordinate with the Event Sales Director for staffing and execution plans.
• Oversee setup and breakdown of banquet rooms per event sheets and reservations.
• Ensure timely service and conduct post-event follow-ups with hosts.
