Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of banquet service, including setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team of banquet servers, bartenders, and support staff to ensure smooth operation and excellent service delivery.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to understand client requirements and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized banquet area.
• Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment in good working condition.
• Conduct pre-event meetings with the team to communicate event details, expectations, and responsibilities.
• Continuously evaluate and improve banquet processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
