Hilton Charlotte University Place in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced banquet supervisor to lead event service teams and ensure flawless execution of banquets and receptions. You will coordinate pre-event plans, supervise staff, and liaise with culinary and bar teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications include 2–3+ years in food & beverage or banquet service, supervisory experience, and a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's in hospitality preferred).

Formación

• Supervisory experience in food & beverage or banquet service.
• Experience coordinating events with multiple teams (culinary, bartending, service).
• Formal hospitality education not required but preferred.
• Must usually be at least 21 to manage or oversee alcohol service.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-Event Planning: review BEOs for room layouts, timelines, dietary requests, A/V needs.
• Team Leadership & Briefing: conduct pre-shift huddles, assign server stations, brief VIP details.
• Kitchen & Bar Coordination: align service timing with culinary and bartending teams.
• Floor Supervision: monitor service flow, food presentation, guest satisfaction.
• Guest Relations: act as on-floor contact for hosts, handle special requests, resolve complaints discreetly.
• Post-Event Breakdown: oversee room clearing, inventory, equipment storage, and venue walkthroughs.
