Job summary

Sodexo at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking a Banquet Supervisor to provide on-site leadership for banquet and catered events, coordinating Captains and Servers to deliver services per BEOs and client expectations.

You will oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction across diverse functions. Requires 2–4 years in banquet or catering and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years of banquet, catering, or food & beverage service experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in banquet or event operations.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol.
• Working knowledge of POS systems and event service processes.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and coordination of banquet and catered events.
• Oversee Banquet Captains and Servers to meet BEOs and client expectations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, staffing, and guest satisfaction.
• Attend work and be on time for scheduled shifts.
