Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Bending & reaching as part of duties.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Standing or walking up to 8+ hours.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
• Follow uniform guidelines.
• Practice all safety & sanitation standards.
• Recycling products where possible.
• Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrate organization and sense of urgency.
• Display a friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Maintain Hard Rock's 5 core Values and Mission.
• Prior experience as banquet server and/or bartender.
• Versed in banquet table service.
• Available to work a wide variety of shifts.

• Follow all banquet standards in maintaining our high level of guest service.
• Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment.
• Understand and follow through with all policies and procedures of the Banquet Department and the Hard Rock Organization.
• Work as a team with all other servers and staff.
• Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for our guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations.
• Any other and all duties assigned by the Banquet Manager/Captain.
