• Detail oriented with knowledge of ingredients, procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proper portioning, plating and garnishing of customer plates.
• Follow recipes and safety procedures while delivering orders.
• Adhere to FIFO and proper storage of foods to insure freshness.
• Set and stock own station and assist with prep as needed.
