ASM Global is seeking a kitchen professional to support the culinary team during events and daily operations in Lansing, MI. You will assist the Sous Chef, cook menu items, and ensure sanitation and timely service for functions.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of kitchen production experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work weekends, holidays, and nights. Reliable transportation is required.

Competenze

• Proven cooking experience, including line, banquet, or prep cook roles.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Ability to read recipes and prep lists and work quickly and accurately.

Mansioni

• Assist the Sous Chef with prep and cooking for functions and daily service.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with kitchen staff and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Clean and sanitize the kitchen, wrap/label leftovers, and maintain inventory and temperatures.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards; communicate effectively with team.
