Job Description
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Create and design new and unique menu items.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in establishing departmental budgets and adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared and served consistently according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of all equipment through inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and labor regulations at federal, state, and local levels related to kitchen operations, staff, and guests.
