Location

Serving as a cornerstone of northern Atlanta’s newest mixed-used community, the Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta is the official hotel of the Atlanta Braves, located within steps of SunTrust Park, premier office space, the Coca-Cola Roxy music venue, and a variety of shopping and dining options.

Our luxury hotel features 16 floors with 264 rooms, including 28 suites, over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, and can accommodate business travelers, families on vacation, and everyone in-between. Redefining "live, work, play," we are a proud "play, work, stay" destination, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience enhanced by our hotel's elevated pool deck, Lobby Bar, and hotel restaurant.

Job Description

Prepare all hot and cold food items, ensuring consistency and quality production. Serve food according to specifications.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines.
  2. Ensure station is set for service 15 minutes prior to opening.
  3. Learn all menu items produced by your assigned station.
  4. Perform work assignments to meet proper quantities within the necessary time frame.
  5. Refrigerate and serve cold food items.
  6. Produce orders efficiently.
  7. Maintain safe food handling procedures at all times.
Qualifications
  1. Basic knife skills.
  2. Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
  3. Ability to multi-task effectively.
  4. Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
  5. Flexible scheduling, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  6. Current food handler permit.
