HCW Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Cook to join our Scottsdale team, bringing culinary expertise to a fast-paced events schedule. You will prepare and plate high-quality banquet dishes, coordinate with the culinary team, and ensure every course meets our standards.

You’ll contribute to menu development for events, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, and support training of new staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences across weddings and corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen, banquet or catering.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality banquet dishes per event orders.
• Assist in creating menus for events.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen.
• Collaborate with culinary team for timely prep and service.
• Monitor stock levels, minimize waste.
• Support Executive/Sous Chef in training staff.
• Communicate with front-of-house for seamless events.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management.
