Job summary

Responsibilities include directing servers, managing scheduling, handling deliveries to campus locations, and maintaining inventory. A strong focus on safety, HAACP adherence, and professional communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of waiter experience in dining settings.
• Ability to operate standard serving equipment and maintain food safety practices.
• Food Safety Training required by UHD.

Responsibilities

• Lead catering operations, oversee events from start to finish with Forty Acres Catering.
• Manage staff, scheduling, and client communication to ensure 5-star service.
• Oversee deliveries, equipment setup, and quality of food presentation.
• Maintain banquet storage, inventory, and use of Outlook/Excel.
• Follow HAACP guidelines for safe handling and respond to guest issues.
