Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and use Banquet Event Order (BEO) forms and room diagrams.
• Oversee operations for catered functions, including front-of-house duties and quality presentations.
• Ensure proper setup and operation of events per client requests.
• Lead servers and staff for catered events.
• Coordinate staffing with catering management and schedule accordingly.
• Assist with hiring and training of part-time staff.
• Communicate service needs clearly to all staff and departments.
• Manage deliveries to campus locations and verify accuracy.
