Concord Hospitality - The Waymark Hotel in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Banquet Captain to lead banquet staff and ensure seamless event service, from meetings to receptions, in a dynamic hotel setting. You will coordinate food and beverage delivery, oversee setup and breakdown, train staff, and uphold brand standards while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction across all events.

Responsabilités

• Maintain knowledge of department policies, service procedures, and brand standards.
• Review BEOs to understand event expectations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with banquet staff and review menus and service requirements.
• Greet event hosts and guests and assist with food and beverage delivery when needed.
• Train banquet staff on service techniques for plated meals, buffets, and receptions.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor satisfaction with food, beverages, and service.
• Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events.
• Submit end-of-event reports and maintain safe service areas.
