Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banquet operations experience preferred.
• Experience as a server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, silverware, linens and glassware for events.
• Resolves guest issues using problem solving skills.
• Ensures bartenders verify guest ages for alcohol.
• Shows and assists servers in proper setup of buffets and order of food.
• Circles guest floor during service to assist servers.
• Verify guest count accuracy for billing; prepare guest checks and captain reports.
