Concord Hospitality Brand is hiring a Banquet Captain to lead banquet staff and ensure flawless service for events ranging from meetings to reunions. You will coordinate with the F&B Manager, oversee setup, and ensure guest satisfaction across all banquet services.

Ideal candidates have prior banquet or F&B leadership experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced event environment.

• Previous Banquet or Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift moderate weights as needed.

Mansioni

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies, service procedures, and Brand standards.
• Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand event expectations.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with banquet staff and review menus and service requirements.
• Greet event hosts and guests and assist with food and beverage delivery during peak times.
• Train banquet staff on proper service techniques for plated meals, buffets, and receptions.
• Anticipate guest needs and monitor satisfaction with food, beverages, and service.
• Supervise setup, execution, and breakdown of all banquet events; submit end-of-event reports.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe service areas at all times.
