Harvard Club of Boston is seeking an experienced Lead Cook for its private city club in Boston. You will lead a banquet kitchen team, execute high-volume orders, and collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, possess ServSafe and allergen awareness certifications, and demonstrate leadership with a guest-first hospitality mindset. Full-time with strong benefits and on-site parking.

Qualificações

• 2 years culinary experience or relevant experience.
• 2+ years high-volume banquet cooking preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred, MA Allergen Awareness preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead banquet kitchen team under the Executive Chef.
• Execute high-volume orders with accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Maintain quality and consistency of plated and station dishes.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Report to the Executive Chef and collaborate with Head Chef.
