The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA is seeking a Banquet Lead Cook to manage the banquet kitchen operations. You will ensure safety, sanitation, inventory, and timely food preparation for events, while maintaining high standards of quality.

The role requires a minimum 3 years of cooking experience, a WA Food Handler's Card, and at least 6–12 months in a supervisory position. English fluency and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cooking experience (high volume preferred).
• WA State Food Handler's Card required.
• 6–12 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Wine and fine food knowledge is helpful.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must meet minimum age requirement.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and employees.
• No employee will pose a direct health/safety threat.

Responsibilities

• Manage banquet kitchen food service, safety and sanitation policies.
• Oversee inventory, vendor deliveries, food preparation and menu planning for banquets.
