Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Banquet Captain for The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA. You will lead a team of banquet servers, coordinating with event planners and the culinary team to deliver outstanding guest experiences during all banquet events.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year banquet attendant/server experience required.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit where applicable.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate banquet servers to execute events flawlessly.
