• Possesses extensive knowledge of food preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing all aspects of event operations.
• Hold banquet staff accountable to ensure high-quality execution of events; liaise between banquet service staff and kitchen staff.
• Assist the sales team by answering phone calls/emails and reply to guest inquiries.
• Review seating diagrams for acceptability and accuracy before events.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards across the operation.
• Coordinate quality of food service between cooking staff and floor staff; delegate duties.
• Resolve guests’ concerns, inquiries, and complaints.
• Maintain detailed reports and develop accurate bills for service.
