• Inspect preparations and plates to ensure quality and presentation before serving.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and sanitary food handling practices.
• Assist with training and step in for minor supervisory duties as needed.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations to protect guests and staff.
