Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group is hiring a Lead Banquet Cook in Scottsdale to join a polished, high-end kitchen team. You will be responsible for executing banquet orders, prepping events up to 300 guests, and supporting the service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have 5+ years in fine-dining or hotel kitchens, with station experience across garde manger, fry, sautee, pasta and grill. A strong, professional demeanor is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Experience with garde manger, fry, sautee, pasta, and grill stations is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to maintain quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Execute Banquet Event orders.
• Prep for Banquet Events up to 300 people.
• Prepare and execute family meals for hotel employees.
• Attend weekly Chef Meetings.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO and safety standards.
• Follow kitchen schedules and prep lists.
