• Ability to stand during shift; heavy lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchens, back dock, dumpster, and utility areas.
• Heavy cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, and walk-in units.
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils; ensure sanitation and proper storage.
