Highgate Hotels in Greenville, SC seeks a Dishwasher/Steward to maintain cleanliness in kitchens and support culinary staff. You will clean equipment, store wares, and uphold sanitation standards while assisting with banquet and restaurant setup.

We offer full-time hours with AM/PM shifts. The role requires standing, lifting, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours may be required.
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Good communication with guests and staff.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, back dock, and utility areas.
• Clean ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, and equipment.
• Wash pots and pans; store properly.
• Sweep and mop floors in F&B areas.
• Report equipment shortages.
• Operate dishwashing equipment ensuring sanitation.
• Return clean wares to storage.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with restaurant setup and banquet support.
