Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift and lift up to 100 lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in kitchens and storage areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure sanitation of china, glass, and silver.
• Clean ovens, grills, sinks, floors, and other kitchen areas to spec.
• Assist in setup/breakdown of restaurant buffet and banquet service as needed.
• Report equipment issues and maintain proper food storage and rotation.
