Job summary

Montage Palmetto Bluff is seeking a dedicated dishwasher/steward to keep kitchen and dining areas spotless and ready for events. You will clean, stock, and sanitize all equipment, assist with event service, and support food safety practices in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Prior dishwashing/stewarding experience preferred.
• Hotel or hospitality experience a plus.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, transport, and store china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and equipment used in food and beverage operations.
• Ensure kitchen and banquet areas are stocked with required equipment and supplies.
• Sanitize and clean kitchen floors, bins, and recycling areas; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with transporting food for event functions and operate dishwashing equipment.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain proper temperature control.
