Responsibilities

• Maintain banquets and restaurant dining areas; ensure clean tableware and sanitized pots and pans.
• Assist with service lines, keep dishes and utensils stocked, and support kitchen operations.
• Clean and degrease kitchen floors and surfaces daily; store items properly; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with trash, linen, and dumpster area housekeeping; cross-train as needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings and comply with all policies of Temecula Creek Inn.
