Job summary

Temecula Creek Inn is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain banquets and operational functions in the restaurant, ensuring clean tableware and sanitized cookware for kitchen staff. You will support service lines, manage dishes, and assist with safe, efficient kitchen operations during shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to understand English and follow simple verbal instructions.
• Some hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
• Detail oriented, organized, efficient with safety-minded approach and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Communicate guest requests to supervisor in a timely and professional manner.
• Transport china, glassware, silver, and set banquet tables with chafing dishes, ensuring service plates are hot and ready.
• Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen areas; ensure hot food warmers are stocked.
• Sweep, clean, and de-grease kitchen floors daily; keep sinks clean and free of pots and pans.
• Wash, disinfect, and store pots, pans, and fryers following procedures; toggle between tasks as needed.
