Kimpton Hotel Monaco Seattle | Marin Restaurant (Newly Renovated!) is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage production for banquets and dining services. You will keep the line humming, uphold high standards, and motivate the team across à la carte and large events.

The role partners with F&B management on menus, portions, and plating. The ideal candidate brings leadership, strong time management, and a focus on food quality and safety, with the ability to work mornings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen operations and staff in a high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle banquets and regular service.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute food production for banquets, private events, and large groups.
• Coordinate timing between banquets and restaurant service to ensure smooth flow.
