OTO Development is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee banquet spaces, coordinate kitchen timing, and ensure flawless service for events. You will lead a hospitality-focused team, collaborate with Sales, and maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring safety and sanitation, assisting with ordering, and training team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee setup of banquet spaces per banquet event orders with high service levels.
• Supervise kitchen staff timing for on-time meals per BEO and serve visually appealing dishes.
• Direct prompt, friendly serving of all food & beverages for banquets and gallery.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure client satisfaction with event setup, F&B, and A/V.
• Meet clients on event day to review BEO changes and ensure quality delivery.
• Welcome guests and monitor dining area to meet guest needs and uphold hospitality image.
• Follow sanitation procedures for food handling; obtain applicable certificates.
• Assist in ordering food and beverage items and controlling costs and waste.
• Assist with staff scheduling and respond to guest questions or concerns.
• Assist in training and development of team members; resolve operations issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of banquet areas and equipment.
