OTO Development is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage banquet and catering events, coordinating with the kitchen and sales teams to deliver exceptional service. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring timely food preparation, maintaining sanitation standards, and enhancing guest experiences across events.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to work under pressure while upholding the hotel’s hospitality image.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass certification tests required to meet health department and brand standards.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate with Sales and kitchen staff.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to anticipate guest needs and respond professionally.
• Good listening skills to understand guest wishes and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and resolve guest concerns quickly.

Responsabilités

• Execute and oversee setup of banquet and catering events.
• Supervise kitchen staff timing to ensure meals are ready per banquet orders.
• Direct prompt, friendly serving of all food and beverage for events.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to ensure client satisfaction across event aspects.
• Meet clients on event day to review orders and changes.
• Welcome guests and monitor dining area to ensure supply and service quality.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain any required food handling certificates.
• Assist in ordering items and controlling costs and waste.
• Help schedule staff and coordinate event operations.
• Respond to guest questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support gallery host/front desk responsibilities as needed.
