Job summary

Lodging Management, LLC is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor / Banquet Captain to supervise daily restaurant and banquet operations and support event execution across hotel properties.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Culinary teams, train staff on POS and service standards, and ensure accurate billing and guest satisfaction. This role emphasizes leadership and guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily restaurant and banquet activities to meet service standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Culinary teams for events.
• Train servers and bartenders on POS and service expectations.
• Maintain guest focus and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet shifts to maintain service standards and coverage.
• Oversee Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and meet event requirements.
• Manage outlets operations including restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and related services.
• Lead banquet functions from setup to breakdown and billing.
• Attend BEO meetings and review event details for proper execution.
• Communicate daily with Sales, Operations and Culinary teams about events.
• Monitor staff appearance and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper closing of POS tickets and checks.
• Inspect banquet spaces for cleanliness and readiness before/after events.
• Coordinate AV needs and ensure equipment readiness for events.
• Prepare weekly associate schedules based on budget and demand.
