Qualifications

• Hotel banquet experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards.
• Ability to stand and walk long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room with linen, serviceware and glassware as directed.
• Attend roll call meetings to learn event specifics and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages per supervisor's instructions while maintaining consistency.
• Promptly clear dishes as courses finish and reset room for next function.
• Comply with state, federal, and corporate alcohol service requirements.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction throughout events.
