Job summary

Invited is seeking a Multi Club Banquet Supervisor to oversee all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth events and superior member experiences. You will lead banquet service, manage staffing, and ensure safety and service guidelines are followed while interacting with members and staff throughout events.

Key duties include recruiting and developing staff, coordinating with the Event Sales Director, reviewing BEOs, and guaranteeing timely service and proper setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant, banquet, or club-related field within F&B.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel.
• Implement and facilitate training programs to maintain Invited service standards.
• Coordinate with Event Sales Director for proper staffing and seamless event execution.
• Review BEOs and logs to ensure correct room setups and adjustments as needed.
• Oversee timely service of food and beverages per Invited standards.
• Manage room breakdown and setup per event details in the function book.
• Open and maintain banquet department operations according to event standards.
