Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day banquet services operations per policies and procedures.
• Coordinate event details, staffing, and menus with high efficiency.
• Assist in data collection for strategic planning, monthly reports, and forecasts; help control costs and inventory.
• Order supplies and uniforms; monitor inventory and adjust as needed.
• Oversee daily banquet shift operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives.
• Perform other duties to support department operations.
