Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• 1-year experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to suggestively sell.
• Certification in alcohol awareness program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all liquor brands and menu items.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly.
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of all hotel areas.
• Monitor and maintain guest relations at all times.

Skills

Fluency in English

Strong knowledge of food and beverages

Ability to work flexible schedules

Ability to resolve problems using good judgement

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Education

High school graduate or equivalent
