The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Banquet and Event Support role to ensure smooth execution of banquets, conferences, and related events at the convention center and amphitheater. You will set up and break down spaces, manage equipment, and assist with food and beverage service while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience with banquet event operations preferred.
• Able to follow written instructions and verbal directions from supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet equipment, chairs, tables, linens, risers, steps, podiums as per Banquet Event Orders.
• Break down equipment after events and return to storage or reset rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces and linen storage areas.
• Prep and maintain amphitheater concession areas.
• Provide courteous guest service and respond to inquiries; resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate empathy and knowledge of services offered; build guest relationships.
• Adhere to attendance schedule and company policies.
