Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at conferences, banquets, and special events in Albuquerque, NM. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and maintain pristine banquet areas in line with event orders.

Responsibilities also include setting up rooms, refilling supplies, clearing tables, and assisting in post-event cleanup. A strong focus on hospitality, teamwork, and professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• New Mexico Food Handlers Course within 30 days of hire.
• New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License.
• Background check required.
• Pre-employment and random drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve at Food and Beverage functions in accordance with Banquet Event Orders and Banquet Service policies.
• Greet guests at assigned tables and provide friendly, professional service throughout the event.
• Assist in setting banquet rooms with linen, silverware, china and glassware as instructed by management.
• Stock service areas with supplies; bus, clear, and reset banquet rooms for next event.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and complete required computer-based training.
• Return equipment to storage and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to attendance policy and work schedules.
