Job summary

Sandia Resort & Casino is seeking an on-call Banquet Server to deliver exceptional service at banquets, conferences, and special events. You will greet guests, set up banquet rooms, and maintain a clean, organized service area while adhering to service policies and standards.

Responsibilities include bus duties, restocking, and assisting in clearing and refreshing rooms between events. A high standard of hygiene, teamwork, and professionalism is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• New Mexico Food Handlers Course within 30 days of hire.
• New Mexico Alcohol Server’s License required.
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage at banquets, conferences, and events.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service throughout the event.
• Set banquet rooms with linens, silverware, china and glassware as instructed.
• Stock service areas with supplies and assist in bussing and clearing tables.
• Reset rooms for the next event and participate in daily stand-ups.
