Responsibilities

• Sets up banquet equipment for Food and Beverage events and meeting rooms as specified on Banquet Event Orders.
• Sets chairs, tables, linens, risers, podiums and other banquet equipment for group events.
• Breaks down equipment after events and resets rooms as needed.
• Maintains, cleans, and stores banquet equipment and linen storage areas.
• Ensures timely attendance and adherence to the Attendance Policy.
